Saved replies are best for approved, repeatable answers. AI Assist is best when the response needs to reflect the live conversation.
AI Assist can help you
- Draft a reply from the current thread
- Summarize a long conversation
- Rewrite text already in the composer
- Suggest useful conversation tags
Review every suggestion before sending. AI Assist does not send a message on its own.
Create and manage reusable answers in Settings → Saved replies. In the Inbox, insert one into the composer and personalize it before sending. AI Assist usage and activity are available under Settings → AI Assist.
