Resume or restart workspace setup
Return to customization or installation without losing saved progress.

Chatting saves completed setup progress to the workspace. Signing in again takes you to the unfinished step instead of starting over.
Open the step you need
- Customize the widget to update the site identity, brand colour, welcome message, or launcher position.
- Install Chatting to choose a website or mobile target, copy the correct installation sample, and verify it.
Changing a saved customization does not require a new widget snippet. If you change the installation target or site, copy the sample shown for that target so its site ID remains correct.
Chatting only marks a step complete after its progress is saved. If a link sends you to signup, sign in with the workspace owner account and open the link again.
