Invite teammates and set access
Add agents, understand roles, and keep conversation access intentional.

Owners and admins can manage teammates from Team in the dashboard.
Invite someone
- Open Team and choose Invite teammate.
- Enter their email address and choose the appropriate role.
- Send the invitation. Chatting keeps the workspace context attached to the invite as they sign up or sign in.
Members see unassigned conversations and conversations assigned to them. Workspace-management settings remain limited to owners and admins.
If you remove a teammate, reassign any conversations that still need an owner first. Their workspace access is revoked without deleting the conversation history they contributed to.
