Customize your widget before launch
Set the colour, welcome message, position, and visitor-facing identity.

Open Widget from the dashboard to preview the visitor experience while you edit it.
What you can change
- Brand colour and launcher position
- Welcome message and conversation opener
- Team identity and avatar treatment
- Online, away, and offline copy
Use your own brand colour rather than Chatting blue if the widget needs to feel native to your site. Preview both the open conversation and the small launcher state, then save before checking the live site.
Contextual messages and page-specific prompts live in Settings → Automation; open Contextual messages there. They reuse the widget appearance but have their own message, page pattern, delay, and ordering.
