Use Zapier for no-code workflows and webhooks when your application will receive and process events directly. Start from Settings → Integrations.
Zapier
Start with the Zapier setup guide, then copy a proven flow from Starter Zaps. Supported workflows include conversation, resolution, contact, tag, and message actions.
Webhooks
Follow the webhooks guide to add an endpoint and verify delivery. Your endpoint should validate requests, return a successful response quickly, and process slow work asynchronously.
