Open Settings → Integrations to connect external tools. Connections are stored per workspace, so switching workspaces does not overwrite another team's setup.
Pick the job first
- Slack: send conversation notifications into a channel and keep reply context together.
- Shopify: show customer and order context beside the inbox conversation.
- Zapier: connect supported Chatting triggers and actions to thousands of apps.
- Webhooks: send event payloads to an endpoint your team controls.
Integrations are Growth features. Locked cards open the Growth confirmation flow so owners can review member count and billing before upgrading.
