Connect Slack or Shopify
Authorize a workspace connection and verify the right context appears.

You need owner or admin access to connect an integration.
Slack
Open Settings → Integrations, choose the Slack card, authorize the intended Slack workspace, select a destination channel, and send a test notification. See the Slack setup guide for the full flow.
Shopify
Open the Shopify card from Settings → Integrations, enter the store details requested, and approve Chatting in Shopify. Matching customer and order context then appears in the Inbox sidebar. See the Shopify setup guide.
If context appears to come from the wrong account, disconnect the integration in the current Chatting workspace and reconnect while signed into the intended external account.
