Open Analytics and choose the date range that matches the question you are investigating.
Analytics sections
- Overview: headline conversation volume and trend lines.
- Conversations: response speed, pages, satisfaction, tags, and conversation patterns.
- Team Performance: teammate activity and response quality.
- AI Assist: usage, adoption, and recent AI activity.
An empty period does not mean tracking is broken. Try a wider date range and confirm the widget has received conversations for the active workspace.
For a scheduled summary, use Settings → Reports to enable the Monday performance email, choose the local delivery time, and decide whether personal stats, team rankings, and AI insights are included.
