Add Chatting to your mobile app

Chatting supports visitor chat inside Expo and React Native apps, plus native iPhone and iPad apps.

Choose your path

• Use the React Native and Expo guide for a support screen, session storage, live sync, attachments, and Expo push registration.
• Use the native iOS SDK guide for Swift Package Manager or CocoaPods, SwiftUI, APNs, and native session handling.

Create or select a mobile installation target in the Chatting setup flow, then copy the site ID from the generated sample. Keep the visitor session identifier in persistent device storage so returning users resume the same conversation.
